• Not engage in fraudulent activities such as fake followers or engagement

5. Brand Terms

As a brand on Influencerium, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your company and campaigns
• Honor payment terms agreed upon with creators
• Provide clear campaign briefs and expectations
• Respect creators' creative freedom within agreed parameters
• Not request creators to violate platform guidelines or laws

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the platform to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit harmful code, viruses, or malware
• Engage in harassment, abuse, or discrimination
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Circumvent platform fees or payment systems
• Scrape or collect data without authorization
• Interfere with the platform's operation or security

7. Intellectual Property

The platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Influencerium and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Content created by users remains the property of the respective users, subject to any licenses granted through collaboration agreements.

8. Payment Terms

Influencerium may charge fees for certain services. All fees are stated in the applicable service descriptions. Payment terms for creator-brand collaborations are governed by the specific agreements between parties, facilitated through our platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee the success of any collaboration or the quality of services provided by users on the platform.
